The New Title Nine Is a Crime(+TOTD)

​I ​implo​re you to watch this short video that Meg​yn Kelly put out after you read my post… ​

Title ​IX was ​enacted in 1972 and it prohibited sex discrimination in any school or education program​ that got money from the federal government. The Biden Administration has come out with revisions​, which from what I can see​, ​is purely for political purposes. ​They go into effect in August, a few months before the election.

​The amended regulation​ totals 1,577 pages. Who’s going to read it? No matter, I'll give you the gist.

Firstly it does not directly stipulate about transgender athletes ​in girls sports​. ​This is a good thing. Please take note that it's almost never the other way around which tells you everything you need to know. Seriously think about that.

Men who are not successful in their respective sport comprise the majority who are deciding they want to identify as women in order to compete and most likely beat biological females. Case in point, Lia Thomas. "In 2022, while swimming for the University of Kentucky in the 200-yard NCAA freestyle championship, Gaines tied for fifth place with University of Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas, who became the first openly trans woman champion in the NCAA women's division after winning the 500-yard freestyle.​" All you have to do is take a look at the physical difference between them...

They need a separate division--a trans division--or at least have a weigh in. Something! Ok let's look at what will be passed in August. 

​Firstly, how it will affect our girls in school. ​In short, "Males identifying as women will be protected under federal law to use locker rooms and other single-sex spaces, play girls sports, or take advantage of opportunities like scholarships earmarked for females.​"By the way, this is not just for colleges but for K-12 as well.

If a trans ​girl or woman who is a biological man goes into a woman's locker room​, firstly they are ​permitted entry and if you say anything about it, ​it's considered discrimination. The pronoun police will be in full force making sure you comply. In order for a federally funded school, meaning a public school like my alma matter UCLA, to receive money, they must comply or risk losing their federal money.

Dan Lennington, an attorney at the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty says, "We should never water down the protections of one group in order to accommodate some transgender policy or some ideology on the other side. That's dangerous for everyone involved." There have been instances of sexual misconduct in these locker rooms. Of course most trans people will act appropriately however some will not and already have. I think if you still have a penis, stay out! It's that simple.  

So I’m going to take a leap from locker rooms to operating rooms. It seems we are starting to turn a corner with regard to the issue of transgenderism. In England as well as other European countries, they stopped puberty blockers and surgery on minors, for good reason. “Temporary use of puberty blockers like Lupron has also been associated with and may be the cause of many serious permanent side effects including osteoporosis, mood disorders, seizures,  cognitive impairment and, when combined with cross-sex hormones, sterility.” Surgery, as you can imagine has all kinds of more serious side effects including, “Bleeding, infection, poor healing of incisions, hematoma, nerve injury, injury to the urinary tract, abnormal connections between the urethra and the skin, painful intercourse…”

Also, how about never ending hospital visits and payments, (it’s a burgeoning industry) the unlikely ability to ever have children or an orgasm, and a shorter lifespan. Ok I don’t want to get into the weeds with this too much but lastly, the idea that you can just undo it is untrue. With this I have some personal experience with a friend whose daughter is attempting to detransition. That said, I believe I am objective as I also have a friend whose has a family member who transitioned AFTER she turned 18. She waited until she was in her mid-20s when the human brain has fully developed.

Ok I got ahead of myself. Title IX will do a disservice to our sons and daughters. I was so happy to hear some very important women are standing up—finally! “The Independent Women's Forum and Independent Women's Law Center (IWLC) are preparing to sue the Biden administration to enjoin this unlawful action.”

Now for the boys and men. It looks like Trump also tried to implement some revisions to Title IX which was also many pages long. He was trying to reverse what Obama had implemented. Does it ever end?

The press says the Trump administration Title IX rules gave more rights to alleged perpetrators of sexual assault and harassment. From what I can see it more narrowly defined what can be considered sexual assault. Unwanted hugs is very different than rape. Here’s a good analogy—Louis C.K. should not be lumped together with Harvey Weinstein and Bill Cosby.

Biden’s new rules take away due process protection for ​male students or faculty members. The Trump administration apparently made formal investigations of sexual assault more difficult. Why are either of these bozos deciding this for us? The problem is they both go to an extreme in order to appease their constituency.

W​hat this means is if your son is accused of sexual harassment or assault he no longer has the right to​ cross-examine the defendant.​ Some people believe it was wrong for Trump to require survivors to undergo cross-examination because it would bring accusers face to face with their assailants. Isn’t that how it is conducted outside of higher education?

They absolutely should not take away due process for boys and men in higher education. How is this ok? If you don’t agree, just think about if it were your son. Really think about it. And if it were my daughter who was assaulted I would feel the same way. She would have to be ok with confronting her accuser as painful as it may be. God help anyone who did that to my daughter!

When I was doing a deep dive into this, all of the Google results displayed how Biden’s revisions were good and Trump’s were bad. This is very problematic. I had to go on a private browser or go several pages in. The point is, this should not be about admonishing Trump and ignoring what Biden has done here. Not everything has to do with big, bad orange man Trump! For godsake!

As an aside, all of this actually hurts progressives. I read the comments on issues and these kinds of decisions actually pushes people to vote for Trump. The same thing is happening with all of these Trump indictments. It’s literally causing people to jump ship and leave the Democrat party behind. Tulsi Gabbard explains exactly why she did just that, her new book, For Love of Country: Leave the Democrat Party Behind. Do not forget she served as the vice chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) from 2013 -16 and was one of its rising stars. I think it would behoove anyone who is interested in politics to at least listen to what she has to say. Be a critical thinker. Decide for yourself.

Back to the topic at hand. I want to make it clear that I do believe most women tell the truth in sexual misconduct situations like this however some lie. (I am sticking with men assaulting women on this one although I am aware it can be the other way around as well as same sex misconduct.) We have all heard about some women who have lied. Not allowing someone's right to cross examination is an overreach to try to make sure women are not afraid to come forward. This ain’t the way.

​When reading about this topic, the term autogynephilia​ kept coming up. Here we go with yet another term I've never heard of. "Autogynephilia is defined as a male's propensity to be sexually aroused by the thought of himself as a female and more specifically dressing up as a female."

The first thing that came to mind when trying to understand it was "penis envy." Remember how Freud used to talk about women having "penis envy?" Freud thought that young girls experience "anxiety upon realization that they do not have a penis." Ok that never happened to me and I truly believe Freud was a disturbed individual who came up with all kinds of theories, almost always sexual in nature. So this autogynephilia is like "pussy envy"--sort of.  

Maybe he was onto something regarding “mommy and daddy issues,” but I think he was a kook. He was supposedly a cocaine addict which makes sense. When guys do cocaine, they have a hard time getting it up but they are really horny. So his sexual frustration informed his theories which he probably sat up all night writing and then jerked off relentlessly. This is me surmising.

It's enough with all of this terminology which then gets turned into a huge argument on X or wherever about how using this word is transphobic.  Joe Biden, or whoever is actually running the country, is well aware of what they are doing. They say the revisions are, “Designed to protect college and university students and employees from sex-based harassment and sexual violence.” They are trying to get votes.  

What I want to know is why this wasn't put before Congress? This government that we have is no longer a democracy. Wh​en a president (any president) can just write the law how they see fit​, we are no longer living in a democracy.

All of this nonsense is fanning the flames and is more likely to cause more sexual harassment in locker rooms and places alike. And saying “misgendering” someone constitutes sexual harassment, is going to piss the younger generation off—men in particular—and backfire tremendously. ( I had to use that Trump adjective because it was apropos.)

The only way to stop this is legally and in the pocketbook. Right now, any public school or university must go along and implement these policies with the pronoun police, or risk losing their funding. When schools start to get sued because a biological women was harassed by a trans woman in a locker room let’s say, we will see how things change.

​Girls cannot be told to once again​, suck it up. NO! Title IX was written to give us equal opportunities and now it's stripping them away. I think about my friend who has a trans boy and I'm sure he would prefer to go into the boys locker room. However, we are bending over backwards to accommodate a very small percentage of people. I know many girls who have a hard time changing in front of other girls and now we want them to change in front of boys? 

Here is the single most important thing to take away from this--"No one voted for these changes, not congress nor the American people. This was the action of bureaucrats and gleefully introduced by Education Secretary Miguel Cardona." The Supreme Court needs to take a Title IX case.

​Or maybe every biological girl in the country should refuse to play school sports. ​If you happen to be in favor of these revisions think about if they passed a different law that you were against. This sets a dangerous precedent and if we all don't stand up to this, we will be in a world of trouble. That’s when we will no longer be living in a democracy. 

Don’t comply! Please speak your mind. Not just about this issue but about whatever it is you believe. Whether you agree with me or not, we must be able to speak freely about any and every issue.
